What is SheRide?

SheRide is a ride-hailing app built around women. Riders are matched with verified female Captains, and every trip includes live tracking, trip sharing and an SOS button.

Who can use SheRide?

SheRide is designed for women. You’ll need to be 18 or older and register with your phone number and an email address, which is verified with a one-time code.

Who can become a Captain?

Women aged 21 or older with a valid driving licence, national ID and a vehicle that passes SheRide’s document review.

How do I book a ride?

Open the SheRide app, enter your destination, choose a ride option and tap Request. You’ll see your Captain’s name, car and plate as soon as she accepts.

How do I track my ride?

Once a Captain accepts, you can follow her live on the map until pickup, and follow your route until you arrive. You can also share a live trip link with anyone you trust.

What payment methods are available?

Rides can be paid in cash. Visa and Mastercard payments are being prepared and will appear in the app once they’re available.

Is SheRide available in Baghdad?

Baghdad is SheRide’s first city. Follow us on social media to hear first as service opens in more areas.
